Very personable and also very thorough in working to find source of an unusual odor in our basement/furnace area. - Unfortunately we did not find the source of the odor, but we were (over)due for a furnace check and we do feel good about at least ruling out the risk of our furnace being the cause for the unusual odor. Also felt confident that we were getting honest feedback and not being pressured to "waste" money running more tests. We were even given a few suggestions of other things to check into that might be causing the odor. We have been using (and recommending) your company for over 15 years and will definitely continue to recommend your company to family and friends based on previous visits and also today's visit.

I have been a customer of Peak Heating and Cooling for over 25 years. They have installed a furnace and A/C unit and are the only ones who have serviced them over the past 18 years. I do a fall and spring check every year. Today, Paul spent over 1.5 hours inspecting and explaining things to me. He showed me one area of concern in the furnace but assured me that all is well and should be for a good amount of time. I did appreciate the heads up with an 18 yr. old furnace.

Service required second appointment as part was not available. Shane was courteous, professional and efficient.

Chad explained why the outside air intake is needed, and gave me some tips on how to minimize intake when not needed by the furnace. Very professional.

Completed the repair within about 4 hours after I called, including driving to get the part that was needed. Two men came for a one-man job, but the second man was probably being trained. Good at answering my questions. They didn't do a full "tuneup", just basic CO safety tests.

We needed a quick fix on the gas line to our stove. Peak quickly assisted us and explained all repair work completed. They did an excellent job!
