Sean was great. Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable. Saw the problem right away. He was very polite and helpful.

Thankfully our residential Carrier HVAC system was installed with a 10yr parts & labor warranty back in Oct-2010. Replacement of the failed heat exchanger ($$$) was completed at no out-of-pocket cost. I have no ideal what the total cost would have been other without; wish I had received an invoice showing the costs that the warranty covered. Also thankful that this event occurred when we could get by without a furnace for 5-days. The repair work took 4.5 hours to my satisfaction. The work site was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I did coach the technician on making sure a couple of rubber seals were properly seated. The house is now heating nicely since the repairs on Oct-5.

Sean is a great technician who is honest, thorough and fair. He is a great example of why I continue to utilize Peak for my heating and cooling needs.
