I called Peak to service my furnace. My call was immediately returned and an appointment was scheduled. The technician that performed the service was prompt, professional and explained everything that was done. It was very nice to have such a pleasant experience!

He was professional, efficient, and took the time to educate me about some furnace and humidifier maintenance. Despite our rather negligent upkeep of filters, his "no shame" approach was much appreciated! Peak will definitely be our choice for future heating and a/c needs.

We were having furnace problems and had another company out to look at it first. They misdiagnosed the problem and sold me a $350 part that, ultimately, I didn't need.
